Ans:Drinking on an empty stomach can be hazardous to our mind and body, since much of the alcohol passes from the stomach to the small intestine, where most of it is absorbed into the bloodstream. In turn, this intensifies the short-term effects of drinking i.e., it tinkers with the ability to think and coordinate body movements. Eating Healthy Protein food before drinking is a great way to stop the effects of drinking and also possibly help people drink responsibly.
